Nygaard Heating and Air Conditioning

We were trying to check all the boxes to get a house sale to go through and the upstairs vents were not blowing air. I called Tommy, he responded right back to my call and had a tech out within two days to open baffles that had somehow got closed. Always prompt and professional... highly recommend his work!

Tommy and his team are top notch. Very professional, know what they are doing. Came in gave a reasonable quote, and was able to deliver in reasonable time. Showed up on time. Set up and made sure everything was clean. The work they did was great. Had them replace a old unit, once completed they walked me through the new unit to make sure it was good. Highly recommend. Also loved that he is a veteran and know how standards should be.

During the hottest days of August this year, our AC went out. We thought we could manage with fans, but they weren't going to cut it. We called Nygaard Heating and Air Conditioning and he came out THAT afternoon and fixed it. We had a cool house by that night. Cost wasn't terrible either! We'll definitely call them again in the future.

Great job! Professional and polite.

Jeremy came out to my house and had our AC back up and running in 30 mins. Was able to troubleshoot quickly and act. 100% recommend!

Tommy is great, extremely responsive and quickly fixed our AC. Would recommend

Nygard Heating and Air serviced my AC needs quickly in the heat of the summer with quick and reliable service when I needed a new unit. Tommy gave me all sorts of options for units and financing/payments, too. His service team was more than helpful and dedicated.

Thankful for the quick response and scheduling of services! The owner is so helpful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for his customers!

My AC has not been working as it should, especially in 100 temps we are having. Last night at 10:30 PM, I submitted an online form asking for a service call. At 7:47 AM this morning Tommy (the owner) called me, said he would try and fit me in today. He communicated throughout the day and actually arrived 2 hours early. He informed me that the units were SO DIRTY I was lucky one did not explode. Tommy is personable, professional, and obviously knows his business! 100 degree temps, holiday week-end, Superior service. Tommy, you are my hero! Thank you so much! And thank you for your service, I love doing business with VET OWNED BUSINESSES.

I’m really blessed that a family friend introduced us to Tommy. Punctual, knowledgeable, articulate, honest, and fair pricing. I’ve recommended him to several guys at work already. His team was top notch also! (Had a 26 year old Rheem on its last leg and he helped set me up with a replacement unit, furnace, surge protection, updated thermostat, etc.)

Tommy Nygaard has been our go to for any maintenance or questions. We recently had a blower motor fail and he went above and beyond normal service by loaning us a portal AC unit to keep us cool duing these hot Memphis days until the part arrived. I highly reccommend him for Heating and AC service or installs.👍👍👍

Tommy came to my rescue when my air went out in the 100 degree weather. Very friendly and professional. He found the problem quickly and my air was back on in no time

Our AC went out on Sunday evening. Tommy was able to fit us in within an hour and had our AC up and running within 15 minutes. Very friendly, professional and honest. We will most definitely use Nygaard for all of our future heating and AC needs! Thanks again Tommy!

Tommy and his team diagnosed our issue quickly and professionally and we had our new unit installed less than 2 days later. He took his time to explain the issues and provided several options for moving forward. He provided a fair quote which allowed us to save $1000’s from what we would have had to spend if we had gone with a different company. Tommy is now our go-to if we have any future needs.

I would highly recommend Tommy at Nygaard Heating and Air. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. Very happy with the service he provided and would definitely recommend him to others. Will be using him for all our heating and air issues!

I can't say enough good things about Tommy and Nygaard Heating and Air. He was able to get to me within 24 hours. My condensing unit was acting weird but thanks to his patience, he was able to get it to replicate the issue that didn't reveal itself immediately at the beginning of the diagnostic inspection. The repair required a part that he went and picked up. He then waited out a SEVERE thunderstorm, and came back to install it after the storm blew through. He didn't rush through the repair, either. He took his time in order to not damage any parts (a bolt was REALLY stuck in place). He didn't force the issue and patiently worked the part loose. I would definitely recommend Nygaard to ANYONE needing service/repair/replacement of your heating and air conditioning systems. He will be MY first call, from now on, for sure!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I contacted Tommy around 8:30AM asking if we could please get on his schedule. We were not hard down, so this was in no way an emergency. The house was just not cooling as it should have been, even given the extreme heat. He still made sure to rush out same day to get us taken care of. Extremely reasonably priced, great communication, and very friendly. 100% would recommend.
